What do we mean by Ratify Constitution?

Our Constitution was ratified by all the 14 states in existence at the time that Vermont was admitted to the union and the Bill of Rights added. Although 75 % of the states had ratified (Virginia 1781) the rest of the states had ratified by Jan 1791 making it unanimous.

Amendments Are Ratified in the same manner as we Ratify Constitution.

Our Amendments are ratified by the assent of ¾ of the States. This is one of the biggest deterrents to runaway tyranny of an all powerful government utilizing a simple majority to cram unconstitutional laws down our throats.

Our founding fathers knew well the frailties of the human psyche and how those ruled by greed and lust for power would try to circumvent the Constitution to meet their agendas. An oath “to obey and protect the Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic” was initiated by our founding fathers and is included in the oath of office for all representatives. This oath of office was to be taken seriously and its violation is (was) considered treason.

At this juncture of history, we find ourselves descending into the tyranny of runaway unconstitutional laws that are abolishing our inalienable rights, freedoms and property. At the same time we are being driven into perpetual debt slavery to the banksters and big corporate monopolies that control our government through their special interest buy-offs of most of our representatives.

Our founding fathers knew the evils of democracy, the central banking system, an all powerful government (the monarchy and the bank of England) that they suffered through prior to our Revolutionary War.

Most of these atrocities against our own citizens are the plethora of unconstitutional laws being passed by the two houses and executive orders.

These bills are thousands of pages long, riddled with legal obfuscation, and mutually exclusive paradoxes that can make anyone a criminal by definition, no matter your attempts to comply. Couple that with the Patriot Act and a host of parallel laws and executive orders that eliminate most of the Bill of Rights and make YOU an enemy combatant by the whim of any petty bureaucrat, without recourse, trial, or legal representation.

Compare any of these monstrous thousand page bills to our Constitution that covers only a few legal size pages of simple to read, common sense instructions on limiting the size, power and reach of the federal government.

Right now the only recourse to an unconstitutional, unethical and or illegal law is a states nullification that then becomes the focus of the unconstitutional, evil power of the federal monolith.

Any critical thinker would come to the conclusion that any law that is passed by the house, in order to become “the Law of the Land” should also require ratification by the states. After all, the original Constitution failed to be ratified until the Bills of Rights were included. We must be vigilant and assure that our liberties and freedoms are not obliterated by an out of control government of career politicians. The requirement for ratification would reverse our spiral into tyranny and take the onus of nullification off those states that have the fortitude to uphold the Constitution.

This play on words is fitting for what the first term of Obama has given us.  Many blame him for the all the unconstitutional actions, the unnecessary wars, loss of inalienable rights and freedoms and the wholesale criminality and rape of our economy.

We have a two party system that in reality are just the two sides of the same evil coin.  Obama’s cabinet and appointees are dominated by Goldman Sachs parasites and both houses are basically controlled by the military/industrial complex and a myriad other corporate giants since they have bought off most your representatives.

When you follow the money and connect the dots of events for the last century, it becomes clear that this well planned, incremental erosion of your liberties and rights was aimed at transferring power and wealth into a tiny cadre of elites that seek total world domination.

Most people tend to think that these happenings are the result of random events and regard the probability of this plot a conspiracy theory.  Unfortunately, this conspiracy is a fact!

If our representatives or their controllers didn’t want war, they wouldn’t be initiating them through actions of the CIA and the other alphabet soup of agencies both foreign and domestic.   Look who is repeatedly standard bearers of the CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), Trilateral Commission, Bilderbergs, UN, etc., all populated with many members of our representatives.

If our representatives or controllers didn’t want debt slavery of all ordinary citizens, our elected’s policy wouldn’t be perpetual over spending to saddle you and your progeny with massive debt.

If our representatives and controllers didn’t want a totally dependent populace of citizens without employment, they wouldn’t create massive rules, regulations, taxes, licenses, laws, orders and a plethora of agencies to enforce  these unconstitutional farces on small business. Every big corporation is either exempt to these hindrances or blatantly ignores them and the enforcers look the other way.

Our federal government expands and our national debt grows exponentially in exact contradiction to our Constitution that ALL representatives took an oath to obey and protect.  This is overt treason, but again, no one is held accountable.

Unfortunately, most of America are sheeple, ruled by ‘entertainment programming’ of TV, the mainstream media, educated by the dumbing down gubmint educational system and compartmentalized by government secrecy.

Critical thinking and attention towards reality has been regulated t the dustbin of history.

What’s Agenda twenty-one?  If you don’t know about it,  you need to and get informed.

Agenda twenty-one is a two-decade old, tyrannical plan for world ‘Sustainable Development,’ brought to you from the UN.  George H.W. Bush (and 177 other global leaders) agreed to it back in 1992, and in 1995, Bill Clinton signed Executive Order 12858, making a Presidential Council on ‘Sustainable Development.’

This effectively pushed the UN plan into America’s enormous, executive directive machine without the requirement of any review or debate by Congress or the North American countries.

‘Sustainable Development’ sounds like a nice concept, right? It sounds nice, till you scratch the surface and find that Agenda twenty-one and Tolerable Development are actually cloaked plans to foist the principles of Social Justice / Socialism on the globe.  In danger from Agenda twenty-one:

• Personal Property possession
• Single-Family houses
• Non-public automobile possession and individual travel freedom
• Privately held farms

The Agenda twenty-one plan brazenly targets personal property. For over thirty-five years the UN has made their position very clear on the issue of people owning land ie. -Land can’t be treated as a standard asset, controlled by people and subject to the pressures and inefficiencies of the market.

Personal land possession is also a principal instrument of accumulation and density of wealth and thus makes a contribution to social injustice ; if unbridled, it may become a serious obstruction in the planning and implementation of development schemes. The supply of decent dwellings and healthy conditions for the people can only ever be achieved if land is utilized in the interests of society in total.

There are two other, terribly good excuses to be skeptical of Agenda twenty-one and the Global Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI) that supports it; George Soros and the U. N.

Soros cash has been tracked to funding parts of ICLEI.   In 1997, George Soros’s Open Society gave ICLEI a $2,147,415 grant to support its Local Agenda twenty-one Project.  Regarding the UN, that organization’s issues with America’s appreciation of liberty and self-determination is one that requires no reason. Now in California, Agenda twenty-one is working to affect plans to for tolerable management of ‘open spaces.’ The meaning of what’s to be considered to be an ‘open space’ has triggered some heated exchanges between those directing the planning conferences and subjects who need non-public property rights to be given respect and protected.  This kind of worldwide plan couldn’t be implemented without a giant and well-funded group pushing thru its concerns.

For that, Agenda twenty-one has the World Council of Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI). And ICLEI is deeply entrenched in The USA; ICLEI USA was originally launched in 1995 and has grown from a few local governments collaborating in a pilot project to a solid network of more than six hundred towns, cities and counties actively trying to realize real reductions in emissions of greenhouse gases and create more viable communities.

ICLEI USA is the domestic leader on climate protection and adaption, and supportable development at the local state level. Over 600 cities, towns and counties in The United States are members of ICLEI.   Do you support your local central authority agreeing to rules and rules set up by a UN-based organization that wants personal property moved to state control? Austin, Texas is one town that appears to have fallen for the ICLEI / Agenda twenty-one and was drinking the ‘Communitarian’ Kool-aid.  A local group called ‘Texans for Responsible State’ saw what was going down and tried to stop the Austin Town Council from adopting some Agenda 21 initiatives.  See how they voted.

Agenda 21 is the ‘one size fits all’ tyranny of the enslavement of the individual to whims of the elite oligarchy of banksters and big corporate monopolist that rule most of your elected through their special interest agenda.  This isn’t happening by accident, it is a well planned conspiracy.

There is a lot of confusion about what the stimulus package is, does and the real effect on the economy. The real answer is nothing. What we have once again is a clever deception of smoke and mirrors to give the false impression that our elected have a clue of what constitutes economics, money and enterprise.

Here is a cute story that should ring some bells to anyone that will take some time to a little critical thinking:

The manager of the Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his debt to the local
prostitute, who has also been facing hard times and needed to offer
her “services” on credit.

The hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill to the hotel Owner.

Now let’s do a little critical thinking. The above scenario seems to work like magic because the operative word here is “debt”. That $100 bill that floated around, balancing everyone’s books is still part of your 15.6 Trillion (and rising) National Debt that you pay taxes to pay the interest on. The mysterious $100 shell game you witnessed was just a transfer of personal debt to the National debt. So your personal debt that was gleefully taken off your personal debt was just transferred to the national debt that you are still on the hook to pay off through taxation.

Since the national bet debt can never be paid off, it lingers as perpetual debt slavery of you and your progeny forever, unless we force the government, the world banksters and of course the Federal Reserve (which is part of the whole evil scheme we live under) to change the rules of the fraudulent game.

That won’t happen unless sufficient numbers wake up to this morally and ethically corrupt system that benefits only those parasites that control our government through their special interest bribery machine.

The policies of Obama and Hitler are disturbingly parallel as the U.S. Republic morphs towards National Socialism. The signs are ominous as we mimic the history of Germany in the 1930’s.

There is a sick joke making the rounds in various circles, “what is the difference between Hitler and Obama?” The answer, “Hitler didn’t need or use a teleprompter.”

Kidding aside, Obama is just a puppet (as were most presidents since 1900 and most of your representatives) that are controlled by their special interest masters. We have incrementally at first, but accelerating exponentially race towards National Socialism. Any critical thinking individual can see this if they are just aware of history and getting facts that are hidden from us by our mainstream media. After all, they are owned and controlled by the same parasites that control most of your elected.

If you are just awake, you don’t have to be a rocket scientist to discern what is happening as we plunge into a police state that was planned decades ago. Our inalienable rights, freedoms and property are being taken from us as more and more unconstitutional laws are passed by those that took an oath to obey and protect the Constitution. At the same time our president through executive prerogative, orders more imperialistic wars in foreign lands, while our Congress, who have the duty to declare war, sit idly by, passing more unconstitutional laws and spending us into perpetual debt slavery to the parasitic banksters.

The answer is probably both since they passed the Patriots Act, the NDAA 2012, and a plethora of other unconstitutional bills that are all directed at eliminating our inalienable rights, freedom and property.

The True Long-term Funding Gap is a Mind-boggling $17 Trillion

“Two years ago, when introducing then promptly enacting Obamacare, the president stated that healthcare law reform would not cost a penny over $1 trillion ($900 billion to be precise), and that it would not add ‘one dime’ to the debt. It appears that this estimate may have been slightly optimistic… by a factor of 1700%. When are these asshats in government (all branches) just simply going to honor their oath to obey and protect the Constitution? If they can create (and understand????) laws that exceed thousands of pages of legal obfuscation, why can’t they fathom something so simple that required only a few pages of legal size documents?

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand that the Constitution with its blueprint of checks and balances was to LIMIT the size and reach of the federal government to best protect the inalienable rights, freedoms and property of the INDIVIDUAL, period!

Although we are not a democracy, our Republic is based on laws and rules that utilize democratic tools. The rules, like any game in life, are set in advance and are to be observed, unless changed by a clear majority. The rules cannot be changed by the whims of the ‘umpires’ during the game.

“I’m not so sure and in most intellectual studies that [ please don't shoot the messenger in all this ] that the society Ill’s we suffer is the absent role of the Mother at Home in a child rearing experience both for the female and the child!

Women in the WORK Place the studies show have created and dynamics of demeaning male self esteem and has greatly diminished the male ability to achieve when competing in the same job category!

Women argue that they get the job because they are better educated and have better experience!

The fact is women get the job because they satisfactorily fill the position at a lower pay scale has nothing to do with their ability at all!

The conclusion and History will be the real judge of all this as our home life is suffering badly, the work place is in total disarray and confusion between the sex and competition for dominance is totally out of control!

I totally agree with you, but we do have a dichotomy here. The Constitution is a blueprint of checks and balances to limit the power of government to best protect the inalienable rights, freedoms and property of the INDIVIDUAL, period!

Women fall under that category also. I don’t think anyone can deny that fact that they are individuals?

Since there are those of wealth and power, the 0.00001% that through greed and lust for power control our government through their special interest apparatus, and own most of the mainstream media, they are on a mission to destroy the Constitution as that is their last impediment to total domination of the masses.   They know that they can’t herd free, critical thinking men/women.

Most likely a preponderance  of women work because they HAVE TO, as the oligarchy of banksters and their big corporate monopoly minions destroy our money to hasten our complete debt slavery and domination.  It IS a New World Order problem and our Republic is their last hurdle.

It turns out that when our basic law of the land (Constitution) is not followed to the letter, confusion reigns and NO ONE can answer what should be an indisputable conclusion.

I am certain that the FBI director knew that the correct answer (according to the Constitution) was “NO”, but he was hedging because he didn’t want to upset his boss Obama.

Anyway, if we don’t force our representatives to honor their oath of office to obey and protect the Constitution, it is way past time to vote them out of office…….. if the election process is broke, then time for the states and the people to exercise their 9th and 10th amendment rights and liberty as defined in the Declaration of Independence.
