The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
What part of this amendment do our elected criminals not understand? Every elected representative that have voted for the abominable Patriot Act and ancillary like minded bills and the administrations that use should be summarily impeached and tried for crimes against ‘we the people’.
The feeble excuse that it was for security reasons is absolute B.S. It was written years before 911 and does little more than dilute the efforts of true information intelligence gathering.

This warning should add —-deserves Liberty or Safety NOR GETS IT!
We have the opportunity to diminish the ranks of the special interest followers in NOV. Replace them with those that will honor their oath to obey and protect the Constitution and begin the process of nullifying unconstitutional laws and trying the perpetrators and enablers of these laws.
