Well, your elected traitors did it….passed the 2012 National Defense Act with the added amendments authorizing a military police state in America. Of course it was passed 93 to 7 so that the military can be paid in 2012, but these amendment riders are not only unconstitutional but violate international law. The Nuremberg trials after WWII allowed the Nazis a trial and legal representation. With this atrocity, you can be arrested, imprisoned, no trial, no lawyer, no defense, forever.
I wish this was just conspiracy theory, but it is FACT.
US Senate passes its version of NDAA bill, which would allow military to detain anyone on US soil
“The US Senate on Thursday passed its version of a bill that, among other provisions, would enable the US military to indefinitely detain anyone who is deemed to be engaging in terrorist activities.
The NDAA authorizes $662 billion in funds for the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and military personnel. The act’s Subtitle D, which discusses “counter-terrorism”, would also allow the military to detain anyone, including US citizens, on home soil, without having to guarantee a trial.”
Our representatives obviously need to address the payment of our military; however, including unconstitutional amendments is also obviously an act of treason.
A solution
It is long past time that we start indicting our elected representatives in the U.S. District Courts within the districts from which they have been elected. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure this one out
The federal grand jury system, which has been abused for decades as a virtual prostitute for the U.S. Attorney’s offices throughout the U.S., is still in fact run and operated by people from local communities. All that is needed now is “local education” of these grand jurors, and encouragement for them to start issuing indictments.
And if you are questioning how this may be possible, folks, these traitorous fools have given themselves enough rope for the grand juries to hang ‘em. For example:
Title 18 § 2331. Definitions (United States Code – Criminal Provisions)
(1) the term “international terrorism” means activities that—
(A) Involve violent acts or acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State, or that would be a criminal violation if committed within the jurisdiction of the United States or of any State;
(B) Appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C) Occur primarily outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States, or transcend national boundaries in terms of the means by which they are accomplished, the persons they appear intended to intimidate or coerce, or the locale in which their perpetrators operate or seek asylum;
(2) the term “national of the United States” has the meaning given such term in section 101(a)(22) of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
(3) the term “person” means any individual or entity capable of holding a legal or beneficial interest in property;
(4) the term “act of war” means any act occurring in the course of—
(A) declared war;
(B) armed conflict, whether or not war has been declared, between two or more nations; or
(C) armed conflict between military forces of any origin; and
[READ THE DOMESTIC TERRORISM SECTION CAREFULLY - especially the part about violating the criminal laws "of any state"]
(5) The term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A) Involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B)Appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C) Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
These insane people who have congregated in DC, those who would gather together as a criminal syndicate to “legalize” kidnap, murder and torture; they are committing felonies. They are using avenues and modalities of interstate commerce to do this. They are openly committing treason; announcing their plans to make war upon the states and the people of this nation. Forget the “recall petitions,” it’s time to indict them, send in the United States Marshals with felony warrants, arrest them, remove them back to their home districts and try them as criminals in the various U. S. District Courts.
If your representatives no longer honor their oath to OBEY and protect the Constitution, they are in fact engaging in acts of treason.
